OMG! WORKER AT A TORTILLA FACTORY GOT CRUSHED TO DEATH IN THE MIXING BOWL!

A 22-year-old man was killed in a workplace accident Monday -- crushed after falling into a mixer at a Brooklyn tortilla factory, police said.
