Rap star T.I. has been forced to cancel another high profile concert, since being arrested in Los Angeles for drug possession at the beginning of the this month.

T.I. was slated to play at Virgin Mobile's FreeFest in Columbia, Maryland. All last week, organizers of the Virgin Mobile FreeFest were unsure if the rapper would be able to make the date.
