NEW JERSEY POLICE CAUGHT BEATING A MENTALLY DISABLED MAN FOR NO APPARENT REASON ON TAPE!

Surveillance tape from Lawrence's Grill and Bar in Passaic on May 29 shows a police car pull up to Ronnie Holloway, who is standing still on the curb outside the restaurant. WTF! 17 YEAR OLD CHARGED WITH RAPE & MURDER OF A 8 MONTH OLD!

NEW ORLEANS — Authorities say a 17-year-old teenager was charged with aggravated rape and first-degree murder of an 8-month-old child.



The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office says Arnold T. Ross was taken into custody Saturday. No bond was set.
