MediaTakeOut.com is hearing whispers, from our pals over at Freddyo.com, that R&B singer Nivea is pregnant with rapper Lil Wayne's baby. You'll recall that we told you a few weeks ago that actress Lauren London is pregnant by Lil Wayne also.

And it gets more interesting. MediaTakeOut.com just got off the phone with someone in the know who claims that Nivea is due in September - the same month as Lauren.
