Even as fans filed into the Tennessee Titans' LP Field Thursday, staring raptly at rolling video of Steve McNair's on-field heroics and writing condolence messages in large albums, a woman in Minnesota grieved alone, in her own way.
The former business manager of a Minneapolis strip club told the Daily News that McNair had been a frequent visitor to the club and had an intimate and extramarital relationship with an exotic dancer for about six… Continue
OSAMA BIN LADEN'S son Omar first realized the depth of his father's evil when his beloved dogs were taken away and gassed in a chemical warfare experiment, he says in a new memoir.
Omar also confirms what U.S. officials have long believed - that his father was tipped off to a 1998 U.S. attempt to kill him.
He writes that Bin Laden got a secret communication and fled his Afghan camp two hours before cruise missiles struck… Continue
A charging bull gored a young Spanish man to death Friday during the country's annual San Fermin festival in Pamplona - the first such fatality in the running of the bulls in nearly 15 years.
The 27-year-old victim, identified as Daniel Jimeno Romero, was gored in the neck and lung after he tried in vain to flee a 1,130-pound bull named Capuchino, which had separated from the pack.
Amateur video captured the fatal encounter. It showed Romero trotting… Continue

Nike spends millions on ads telling us that "We Are All Witnesses" to what LeBron James does on a basketball court.
So what do they call this, witness protection?
Another controversy is erupting around "Chosen One" LeBron James for what by some accounts is more childish behavior, this time after a college player dunked on LeBron at his skills camp and Nike swooshed in to seize the tapes - possibly at James' behest.
Sahel Kazemi was busted for DUI two days before she murdered Steve McNair and then committed suicide -- and cops just released dashcam footage of the incident.
Sahel was initially pulled over for speeding on July 2, then forced to take field sobriety tests -- which she failed. Cops allowed Steve and another man in the Escalade to leave in a taxi -- but Steve showed up at the jail later on to bail out Sahel.
The DUI is one of a handful of circumstances --… Continue
It certainly would have been cheaper to buy an alarm clock -- Lil Wayne is being sued for nearly half-a-million bucks for sleeping when he should have been performing.
Red City Entertainment claims it fronted $432,000 for a Wayne concert appearance in the Bahamas. On September 27, 2008, there were plenty of lights and cameras... but no action, because Wayne was passed out in his hotel room. When he didn't show for… Continue

Serpas said police believe McNair was asleep when he was killed because there were no defensive wounds. After shooting McNair in the head, Kazemi apparently shot him twice in the chest before shooting him again in the head.
Before shooting herself, she sat next to his body and “tried to stage it so she would fall in his lap,” Serpas said. She did, but her body slid to the floor and ended up at McNair’s feet. The gun was found underneath… Continue
SEOUL, South Korea – North Korea, which has been firing missiles and spewing threats against the United States, was identified by South Korea's main spy agency Wednesday as a suspect in the cyber attacks targeting government and other Web sites in the U.S. and South Korea.
North Korea is not known for its computing prowess, but experts said such attacks would be easy — and cheap — to mount by hiring outside help.
Cops gunned down a drug suspect in the Bronx early Wednesday - the second police shooting there in less than a week.

Three shots were fired by cops, and one bullet struck one of the men in the right shoulder.
"I heard three pops," said Garry Reigle, 48, who was unloading… Continue
