Tickets For Jay Z & Beyonce's "On The Run" Tour Goes On Sale

Tickets for the New York-area date of the “On The Run” tour will finally go on sale next week.

Though ducats for most other shows on the Beyonce/Jay Z double-header tour have been available for weeks, the local date only goes on sale this Wednesday, June 4 at 10 a.m.

The concert will take place July 11 at MetLife Stadium.

There’s a pre-sale for Beyonce fan club members starting June 23 at 8 a.m. Additional details are available at www.beyonce.com/tour.

Chase credit and debit card customers also have the chance for an early buy, between Monday at 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. that night.

The 18-date tour begins June 25 at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida.

One dollar from every ticket will be donated to the Shawn Carter Foundation to support students.

Already, tix for the MetLife show are commanding a far higher price on the secondary market than any other date of the tour. According to SeatGeek.com, people have paid $328 per ticket on average here, which is 28% higher (or $71 more) than the next-highest average price. The least expensive ticket for the MetLife show on the secondary market is $221. Most other shows on the tour have tickets available for under $100.

According to SeatGeek’s Connor Gregoire, secondary market tickets for the New York-area date should go down a bit once they go on official sale next week. That will up the supply and, so, lessen the demand.

Damn Jay!! $300 a ticket?
