T.I.’s Wife Tiny Wants Equal Division Of All Assets, Alimony And Primary Custody Of Their Children

T.I.‘s wife Tiny has filed for divorce. Now, according to Page Six, Tiny is requesting primary physical custody of their kids, as well as with equal division of all assets plus temporary and permanent alimony.

Along with primary physical custody, Tiny is also requesting joint legal custody of her three kids, Clifford “King” Joseph Harris III, 12, Major Philant Harris, 8, and Heiress Diana Harris, nine months. You can view the court documents via The Jasmine Brand. Tameka “Tiny” Harris filed for divorce from Tip, real name is Clifford Harris Jr., on Dec. 7 in Henry County, Georgia.

Tiny’s attorney writes, “Should custody in this case become contested it would be in the best interest of the children for the Court to appoint a Guardian ad Litem to represent the interest of said children and do a full and complete in-home study and further to appoint a mental health expert to do full psychological evaluations on both parties as well as the children for purposes of assisting the Court in making a custody determination.”

A source recently told TMZ that T.I. and Tiny have been experiencing marital issues, and things may have gotten a lot worse after Tiny appeared in a photo with Floyd Mayweather, Jr. at a Halloween party.

It’s been two years since T.I.P. and Mayweather’s infamous brawl. In a 2014 interview with XXL, Tiny downplayed the Floyd situation.

“It was all blown out of proportion,” Tiny said. “But the Floyd thing, I’ve kind of hung my hat up on it. I’m not really talking about it because I feel like it’s just kind of overdone and it’s disrespectful to my husband. I don’t really want to have a blown out conversation about another man that [T.I.] kind of is or was at odds with.”
