Stevie Wonder To Headline Global Citizen Festival

Stevie Wonder will headline the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park.

The superstar — who will top a bill that includes Green Day, the Killers, the Lumineers, the Chainsmokers and Pharrell Williams, among others — said, “In this crucial time, there is nothing more exciting to me than having the honor of giving my gift of song, words and motivation to the Global Citizen Festival.”

The event, which will take place on Sept. 23, has been held on the park’s Great Lawn annually since 2012.
