Arnold Schwarzenegger and LeBron James are among a group of celebrities putting money into Hell’s Kitchen, sources say.
The two invested in 787 11th Ave., the office building being renovated by the Georgetown Co. with the help of architect Rafael Viñoly.
The building, where Pershing Square Capital Management will be a prime tenant, will have a tennis court on the roof for hedge funder Bill Ackman.
Georgetown — which also developed the Frank Gehry-designed IAC building for Barry Diller — is said to have obtained investments from music mogul Jimmy Iovine and Boston Red Sox owner Tom Werner as well.
Mark Cuban opened the nearby Landmark at 57 West last year, part of his chain of movie theaters. Maybe Ackman will invite him over to play some tennis after they take in a movie.
11th Ave. is known for hookers & hoes ……….
Don't ask me how I know either ……….
