Drake has just set out on his long anticipated “Summer Sixteen” tour this week. The Canadian rapper always leaves his fans and others guessing on what he’s really thinking, but all you have to do is attend one his shows and all your speculations and assumptions are put to rest.
Joe Budden has been coming at the Canadian rapper relentlessly, dropping diss tracks against him and Drake’s rival, Meek Mill. Although the diss tracks are filled with fire bars, not too many fans seem to think they’re relevant and it all seemed like one-sided beef, for the most part. Drake, always so unbothered, hardly responded with an inkling of concern.
But on Thursday [July 21] at his show in Dallas, the self-proclaimed 6-God threw a shot at Budden’s “one-hit wonder” career. “We got the good energy going on. I should’ve brought Joe Budden up here to let him do ‘Pump It Up’ one time. Pump, pump, pump it up. F*ck with me.”
Budden responded wee hours in the morning from his Twitter with: “He want attention lol.”
