Cops Called On Diddy After Heated Argument With Girlfriend Cassie Ventura

It looks like Diddy is going to need a girl.

The hip hop star, born Sean Combs, got into a heated breakup argument with girlfriend Cassie Ventura that ended with cops showing up at the couple's home on Wednesday, TMZ reported.

Ventura had told Diddy, 46, she wanted to end their relationship, which angered the "I Need A Girl" singer and led him to go through her phone, then jump out of a car in Beverly Hills with the device still in hand, according to the gossip site.

Once Cassie arrived home — without Diddy — she called her mom and explained the incident. Her mother called the cops, who arrived before the recording artist-turned-actor got back to their shared home in Los Angeles.

Diddy returned Cassie's phone, but was reportedly written up on a domestic violence incident report, according to TMZ.

It isn't the first time Diddy and the 29-year-old singer-actress have called it quits - the pair are known for their on-and-off again relationship.

Reports of the fight come just weeks after Diddy declared that he was "sorry for being an a--hole" in an Instagram post about trying to be a better person.

On Friday, a rep for Diddy said he will be pushing back his "Bad Boy Reunion" tour by one week to recover from a recent shoulder surgery.

The first show will now be on Sept. 1 in Chicago.
