Beyoncé's Management Company Offers 3 Teens Contracts

Queen Bey is expanding her empire.

Three teen girls — including one Upper East Sider — are poised to be as big as Beyoncé now that the “Single Ladies” singer has taken them under her wing, according to new court documents.

Parkwood Entertainment, the management company Beyoncé launched in 2008, has offered the girls multiyear contracts that could eventually turn them into millionaires, contracts show.

The contracts were filed in Manhattan Supreme Court and judges will have to approve the terms because the three are minors. Two of the girls are sisters, Chloe and Halle Bailey, who live in North Hollywood, Calif., and the third is Sophie Beem, a 16-year-old from the Upper East Side.

Chloe, 17, and 15-year-old Halle “have been singing, dancing and acting together since they were toddlers,” father Douglas Bailey said in court papers. The Bailey sisters have written hundreds of songs and appeared in movies including “Meet the Browns,” “Last Holiday,” and “Let It Shine.”

The talented siblings are hopeful Parkwood will take their careers to the next level with the help of Beyoncé “who the girls worship and who will, personally, be actively involved in managing” their careers, according to court documents.

If Parkwood chooses to record and distribute their music, the pair will receive at least $60,000 and advances that could total almost $1 million if they make at least six albums.

Like the Baileys, Beem would be managed by Beyoncé’s company. Parkwood signed a recording option because executives don’t think Sophie is “ready to begin recording music.”

“Parkwood Music believes that Sophie’s music will be best showcased with a band," the court papers state.
