Dame Dash Claims His Baby Moms Is Extorting Him

Hip Hop mogul Damon Dash has another New York judge looking to arrest him for not paying child support.

Bronx Family Court Judge Peter Passidomo signed a warrant for Dash's arrest on April 20 because he owes $51,000 to the mother of an 11 year old son who goes by the nickname Lucky.

A second warrant was signed last week in Manhattan by Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper. There, the judge said the only way Dash can stay out of jail is to pay the $342,000 that he owes to his ex-wife, designer Rachel Roy, for mortgage payments and the financial support of their daughters, Tallulah and Ava.

The warrants infuriated Dash who from an undisclosed perch in Los Angeles starting attacking the mothers on Instagram and insisting that he is a good father to all his children.

Of Lucky's unidentified mom, who Dash calls Cindy, Dash asked online: "How can she hurt her child for money? ... Something doesn't smell right.... I've been getting extorted by my baby moms."

Dash said that he recently gave Lucky's mother more than $100,000 to buy a house so his son could live in a better place and that was outside the required child support. "Why would a mom rob her son of a father and her son's money and his ability to make money ... does that add up?"

Dash also launched a verbal assault on Roy who recently got the California courts to give her full custody of her girls and a three-year protective order to keep Dash away from her.

Dash said it was a "distasteful, tacky thing" of Roy to take "my children's money to buy shoes and car services for a company (she) didn't put a dollar for and not letting me see my kids because I'm not alright with it."

His teenage daughter, Ava, responded on line, saying simply "are you serious dad?" and "please stop."

Dash then blocked Ava from his Instagram page saying that her mother used Ava's phone to post the comments under her daughter's name.

Attorney Donnell Suares who represents both Roy in Manhattan and Lucky's mother in the Bronx said "it is unfortunate that Damon Dash has focused on denigrating the mothers of his children on social media.

"For nearly a year, these women have been raising their children without the benefit of financial support from Mr. Dash. Mr. Dash should comply with the courts' orders and support his children," Suares said.

Dash is known to have four children: Ava, 15, Tellulah, 6, Lucky, 11, and Damon Jr. aka Boggie, 23.

Boggie's mother, Linda Williams, sued Dash for filing false harassment charges with the police, resulting in her getting arrested. Last year, a jury awarded Williams, 50, of Huntington $50,000 in damages.

Tired of waiting for payment, Williams came back to court this year and got a judgement against a settlement that Dash made with producer Lee Daniels. Dash had sued Daniels for $2 million, saying he had invested in Daniels' early movies and was entitled to be compensated. The terms of that settlement were not disclosed.

Dash, 43, is a former business partner of Jay Z in Roc-a-Fella Records until 2005 when Jay-Z bought out Dash for millions.
