Another GS9 Member Found Guilty Of Several Crimes

GS9 member Santino Boderick, a.k.a. Cueno, was convicted of conspiracy, attempted murder, attempted assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal use of a firearm on Friday (Nov. 18).

New York City’s Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan, in a press release, said that evidence in court proved that Boderick was responsible for three of four separate shootings — according to XXL.

“The trial proved Santino Boderick was involved in shocking violence and brazenly believed himself immune from prosecution. He was convicted of shooting up a tree-lined street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn that was crowded with people enjoying a sunny Sunday afternoon. Hours later, a few blocks away, he wore the same clothes as he was videotaped dancing with GS9 members performing at the Barclay Center,” Brennan said. “I am thankful to the jury for their service and attention in this case, which has resulted in the conviction of one of the principle shooters in the GS9 gang, whose acts of violence spread across multiple cities and a two-year period.”

Both, Shmurda and Rebel accepted plea deals for charges of conspiracy and criminal weapons possession.
