A fed-up judge tossed troubled actress Lindsay Lohan back into jail Friday for failing a drug test.
The "Mean Girls" starlet was immediately taken into custody after a morning hearing before no-nonsense Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox.
No bail was set, and Lohan's next court date is Oct. 22.
"May I be heard?" Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley asked the court.
A disgruntled employee canned from a Domino's Pizza shop in the Bronx helped himself to a slice of payback, torching two of the chain's storefronts, authorities said Monday.

Atlanta rapper Yung Joc was cited by authorities after two of his pit bulls attacked another dog near his home in Fayette County, Georgia. According to Yung Joc, the two dogs escaped after they managed to escape through a gate, after their electric collars failed.

A pair of armed robbers dressed in black burst into a Diamond District store yesterday afternoon, tied up the owner and his son and swiped $66,000 in loot, cops said.
