LINDSAY LOHAN GETS IMMEDIATELY SENT BACK TO JAIL AFTER FAILING 2 DRUG TEST!

A fed-up judge tossed troubled actress Lindsay Lohan back into jail Friday for failing a drug test.
The "Mean Girls" starlet was immediately taken into custody after a morning hearing before no-nonsense Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox.

No bail was set, and Lohan's next court date is Oct. 22.

"May I be heard?" Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley asked the court.

"Nope," the fed-up judge replied.

His decision came as a shock to Lohan's team because they believed she couldn't be held without bail on misdemeanor charges.

"I think that the case law is clear, that she is entitled to bail. That's all," Holley said, declining to comment on whether she planned to appeal.

Lohan, 24, was cuffed and taken out a side door by a female sheriff's deputy.

Wearing a prim suit jacket over a pleated skirt, she paused at the courtroom door and looked back at mom Dina Lohan, who was sitting in the front row.

The starlet has admitted she failed the drug test within weeks of her release from a court-ordered rehab program, testing positive for cocaine.

The slipup earned her a third trip to jail since a pair of 2007 DUI arrest.

Her first visit lasted just 84 minutes, while her most recent was 14 days, half the sentence handed down by the judge - because of jail overcrowding.

When he freed her after 23 days of rehab this summer, Fox threatened to jail Lohan for 30 days in jail for every failed or missed drug test.

Because of overcrowding, it's likely she would get released early again - so holding her without bail until she's actually sentenced is one way for the judge to make sure she does the time.

Before she headed to Fox's Beverly Hills courtroom, Lohan thanked her fans for their support.

"Awesome responses," she posted on her Twitter page, referring to fan comments on another social networking site called Chime. "You guys are so great."

Lohan had admitted on Twitter earlier this month that she flunked a drug test - violating the terms of her strict probation program.

She sounded contrite, but Us Weekly reports that she was drinking cocktails when she wrote the confession.

She reportedly crafted the statement on her BlackBerry at the Magnolia restaurant in Hollywood, where a witness claims to have watched the actress laugh and guzzle down whiskey and Cokes as she typed away.

An assistant and male friend coached her on how to make the statement sound "more personal," the mag said.

"Her friend would say, 'No, use 'setback,' don't say 'mistake.' They'll say you make mistakes all the time!" the spy said, adding that the friend went on, "It's better to say you're responsible. Denying it will just get everyone mad per usual."
