WTF! FRANKIE MUNIZ POINTS A GUN TO HIS HEAD WHILE ARGUING WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND!

Just days before Valentine's Day, Frankie Muniz and his longtime girlfriend, Elycia Marie Turnbow, had an explosive fight during which the actor allegedly put a gun to his head.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ.com, Muniz called the cops to his Phoenix home hours after the initial argument began on Friday, because "he was scared that this was getting out of control."

It was Turnbow, however, who told the police about the incident with the gun, admitting she was worried the 25-year-old was going to harm himself.

Turnbow said they were in the midst of an "intense" fight about past relationships when Muniz allegedly "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide," the police report said.

She further explained that she called one of Muniz's You Hang Up bandmates to take him to the hospital. When he returned later that day, the argument continued.

The former child star allegedly "punched her in the back of the head and threw her into a wall."

The police report noted that Turnbow "showed signs and symptoms of drinking alcohol" but "did not have any visible signs of injuries."

Muniz denied to the police that he had put the gun to his head – and even said it wasn't loaded, though a police inspection found bullets in the magazine. He claimed he went to the hospital because he had hit his head and was worried he had a concussion.

According to Muniz's version of the events, after he returned from the hospital, he went to bed but was awoken by Turnbow "yelling at him and hitting him in the face."

As the war of words escalated, Turnbow allegedly "fell to the ground and started to kick the bedroom door." It was at that point that Muniz decided to call the police, he said.

Muniz denied assaulting Turnbow, saying, "No. I love her too much. She is the woman I want to marry."

The police report noted that Muniz, like Turnbow, did not appear to have any physical injuries, and nothing in his home appeared to be damaged.

The couple, who refused to part ways for the night despite a police request that they do so, were warned that both might be taken to jail for disorderly conduct if the cops were called again.

On Twitter, neither party gave any indication of having had a dispute.

Muniz tweeted a picture of "the table all set for Valentine's Day dinner."

"I love @elyciamarie," he wrote.

Muniz and Turnbow, who have been dating since 2008, are "moving forward with their lives and with their relationship," his rep said in a statement provided to TMZ.

"Frankie and Elycia had an argument a few days ago. The police were called to the residence," the rep said. "A gun played no part in the argument and was voluntarily given to the police for safekeeping. There were no bruises and neither left the residence. He was not suicidal. She was not assaulted."
