IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

There's nothing Goofy about this.
A Pennsylvania woman is suing Walt Disney World, saying an actor in a Donald Duck suit copped a feel while giving her a hug.

April Magolon, 27, of Upper Darby, Pa. said she went up to the iconic duck to get an autograph while at the Orlando amusement park in May 2008.

That's when the actor clad in a feathery suit and blue and yellow shirt and hat turned "physical menacing," Magolon claims.

"Donald Duck proceeded to grab [Magolon's] breasts and molest her and then made gestures making a joke indicating he had done something wrong," said the suit, which is filed in Pennsylvania federal court.

Magolon said as a result, she has suffered from "severe physical injury, emotional anguish and distress" including anxiety, headaches, nausea, cold sweats, insomnia, nightmares, flashbacks and digestive problems.

She is demanding at least $50,000 in damages.

The suit states that the local sheriff's office had recorded 24 complaints of similar alleged sex acts by costumed characters since 2004.

Donald Duck could not be reached for comment, but a spokesman for Walt Disney World told the Orlando Sentinel that they would respond to the suit in court.

The civil suit was originally filed in a Pennsylvania court in December 2009, but was moved to federal court at the request of Disney.
