A drug dealer copped Tuesday to shooting a man after the victim complained about the quality of cocaine the snow-peddler had sold him.
Bayon Hunter, 26, admitted shooting the man with a .45-caliber handgun last August during a drug deal on the land of the Onondaga Indian Nation south of Syracuse, prosecutors said.
The U.S. attorney's office said Hunter, of Syracuse, pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to charges of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute and using a gun while involved in a drug crime.
Hunter faces up to 30 years in prison, The Post-Standard of Syracuse reported.
