IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

Beyonce's not a single lady anymore.

The superstar singer has been famous for what seems like forever, but now she's ready to slow down.

The "Run The World (Girls)" songstress, 29, tells the September issue of September issue of InStyle that her most intense working years might be behind her.

"I sacrificed so much as a kid and as a teenager," she told the magazine. "I have no regrets because my job kept me focused. When you're young -- 18 or 19 -- you have the energy and drive. That's the time to work as hard as you can."

These days, she's more interested in focusing on her marriage to Jay-Z, 41, and the family the couple hopes to start.

"Now I'm a woman, and because I gave it my all, I can focus on my marriage," she revealed. "I can decide I want to have kids. I can be the mother I want to be and dedicate myself to my children. I want to make my job a part of my lifestyle so that I always enjoy what I'm doing."

Considering how the star claims to like spending her down time, it sounds as if she might be ready to hang up her dancing shoes -- at least for a bit -- to spend time at home.

"In my free time I prefer to do nothing but sit on the couch and watch TV," she said, admitting to a weakness for "Jersey Shore." "I love going to the movies and to Broadway plays too. When I get home, the first thing I do is take off my stilettos!"

Not that slowing down her singing and acting career is an easy thing for the overachiever to do.

"It was difficult," she says. "I had to turn down great things, but I did it for my sanity, my life, my relationships, my nephew, my husband, my sister, and my friendships. I deserved to give myself time to focus on things besides performing, filming and recording."
