Wendy Williams Must Pay Ex Kevin Hunter $250K To Find A New Home

She might be “Just Wendy” now, but Wendy Williams still has to pay ex Kevin Hunter.

The daytime talk show host, 55, and her estranged husband have come to an interim financial agreement as part of their divorce proceedings, according to new court documents exclusively obtained by Page Six.

Williams must pay Hunter $250,000 so that he can “secure new living arrangements,” according to the documents. Hunter also needs to vacate their marital home in Livingston, New Jersey, which was put up for sale over the summer. Williams, meanwhile, has been living in a swanky apartment in Manhattan that costs $15,000 per month.

Williams filed for divorce from Hunter in April after he welcomed a baby girl with mistress Sharina Hudson.

Williams and Hunter have been in mediation to settle their divorce, and the author has gone so far as to “play nice” publicly with Hunter to encourage him to sign the papers.
