Tekashi 6ix9ine Associates Convicted In Gang Case

A jury has convicted two reputed Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods following the turncoat testimony of their controversial onetime associate, rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine.

The panel took just 10 hours to find Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack guilty on charges of racketeering conspiracy in the gang case.

Ellison was also convicted of kidnapping the Brooklyn rapper — but acquitted of using a weapon during the July 2018 abduction.

Mack also avoided a firearms conviction in the mixed verdict.

The verdict follows three days of testimony from the rainbow-haired rapper himself, who admitted he turned government cooperator just a day after he and other Nine Trey members were arrested in November 2018.

Tekashi — real name Daniel Hernandez — told jurors about his time using Nine Trey to promote his music career, his proximity to multiple shootings and robberies, and his own terrifying kidnapping by Ellison, his former bodyguard, after the two fell out.

Following the sentencing, one juror — a blonde, middle-aged woman — said that she wasn’t starstruck by the prosecution’s top witness.

“I never heard of him before… His music was interesting but not my style,” she told The Post, adding she preferred the band Green Day.

The juror said she thought the rainbow-haired rapper was “interesting,” only elaborating to say, “Tekashi’s Tekashi.”

The eight-day trial also included testimony from the entertainer’s driver, Jorge Rivera, who had secretly been spying on the gang and had his car outfitted with cameras that captured the rapper napping.

Jurors watched the horrifying video, in which Tekashi begs for his life before he’s directed out of the car at gunpoint.

He testified he was robbed of all his bling, including a diamond-encrusted My Little Pony chain, and dumped in rival gang territory after Ellison and another man beat him up and debated killing him.

The “Gummo” rapper’s testimony drew wide-ranging scorn from internet haters, who re-dubbed him “Tekashi Snitch9ine” in response to his testimony — in which he also named Jim Jones and Cardi B as Bloods. His time on the stand spawned Twitter takes that he had less street cred than Martha Stewart.

Tekashi, 23, faces a minimum 47 years in prison but could get time-served for helping the feds. It’s unclear whether he will enter witness protection once he’s done his time. Tekashi’s sentencing is scheduled for January.

Defense attorney Deveraux Cannick, who represents Ellison, questioned how jurors could find his client not guilty of using a weapon in Tekashi’s kidnapping but convict him in the abduction.

“If you believed he was kidnapped, you should believe there was a gun,” Cannick said.

Mack’s lawyer, Louis Fasulo, said that his client plans to appeal the conviction.

“Obviously he’s disappointed,” he said after the guilty verdict.

Ellison faces life behind bars when he is sentenced Feb. 26. Mack could spend up to 20 years in prison on the racketeering conspiracy charge when his sentence comes down Feb. 19.
