Hollywood tough guy Vin Diesel has a softer side.

The "Fast & Furious" star stepped out in Miami on Tuesday and revealed a less than toned physique.

A shirtless Diesel was nearly unrecognizable when he was spotted on a balcony sporting a noticeably different frame.

As one of Hollywood's biggest action stars, Diesel is famous for showing off his ripped bod in flicks such as "XXX" and the "Fast & Furious" franchise.

Fans took to Twitter to share their surprise over the 48-year-old's "dad bod."

The photos of Diesel come a day he hinted on Facebook that "Straight Outta Compton" director F. Gary Gray will direct "Furious 8."
