Usher Sued For $10M By A Second Woman Who Claims Singer Exposed Her To Herpes

Usher is facing another lawsuit from a woman who claims the singer did not confess he had herpes before they engaged in unprotected sex.

An unnamed woman is suing the R&B singer for negligence, battery and emotional distress, claiming Usher never told her he was infected with herpes despite the fact she performed oral sex on him and then engaged in intercourse with him on a separate occasion, according to the suit obtained by TMZ.

The woman — who is listed as Jane Doe in the suit — reportedly hooked up with the "Confessions" singer in Atlanta back in April and then met up with him again days later in New Orleans, where they had sex in a hotel room.

It is unclear if she admits to having contracted the STD, but states she would not have had sex with Usher, 38, if he had disclosed the information.

The woman found out about Usher's herpes through recent news reports that the singer allegedly paid $1.1 million to a stylist who claimed Usher infected her with herpes. She is seeking $10 million in damages in her suit.

It is illegal in California to knowingly or recklessly transmit an STD.

The court documents in the $1.1 million case were obtained by Radar Online and seem to date back to 2012. It states in the suit that Usher, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, was diagnosed with herpes around 2009 or 2010 — around the time he split from his wife Tameka Foster.

The Grammy winner is now married to Grace Miguel, who he wed in 2010.
