Tyga Settles $480G Fees With Landlord And Gets Arrest Warrant Cancelled

Tyga is finally trying to keep out of trouble.

The rapper forked over some long-overdue rent payments on Thursday to avoid time behind bars, according to Us Weekly.

The "Rack City" artist, who is famously dating the much-younger Kylie Jenner, has apparently settled with his former landlord for an disclosed amount of money after failing to pay a $480,000 judgement.

"The case got settled. Tyga paid," the property owner's lawyer Boris Treyzon told the magazine.

"It's been executed and everything has been performed. We expect things to get back to the way they were. We will inform the court that the settlement has been reached and that all parties are satisfied," he continued.

The payout was the 26-year-old's only resort to avoid a bench warrant for his arrest, which was issued Tuesday after he skipped out on a court hearing about the massive debt that has plagued him for nearly the past five years.

The financial troubles and possibility of jail time didn't seem to bother the hip hop star, who jetted off to Turks and Caicos earlier this week to celebrate Jenner's 19th birthday.

Before the getaway, he gifted the reality starlet a $200,000 Mercedes Maybach.

The extravagant purchase — and yet another car for the teen — angered the landlord, who has been waiting for his money since 2011 when the rapper fell behind on the $16,000-a-month rent for the lavish Malibu pad.

After missing a payment, the dad-of-one broke his lease and Treyzon's client claims he left behind a destroyed swanky residence. Tyga allegedly decorated his place with a built-in stripper pole and damaged the hardwood floors.

He was taken to court in 2012 and was ordered in March to pay the $480,000 for damages, rent and legal fees.

While he has finally paid up, the rapper has apparently earned the ire of Jenner's famous family who reportedly believe his legal trouble is hurting their reputation.
