TRACKING DEVICE USED TO RECOVER ITEMS STOLEN FROM LIL WAYNE'S VIDEO SHOOT!

Police in Glendora, California used GPS tracking to locate a man who stole a variety of valuable items during a video shoot for Hip-Hop superstar, Lil Wayne.

According to Glendora police, a Louis Vuitton purse, tickets to the NBA All-Star game, a wallet and a laptop were stolen from Lil Wayne's video shoot with artist Porcelain Black at Citrus College.

According to SGVN.com, a tracking device within the laptop allowed police officers to track the laptop to a home in South El Monte, where 20-year-old Marco Negrete was arrested.

Police said they recovered the stolen items from Negrete, who reportedly at the video shoot acting as a backup dancer, before he became an alleged thief.

Negrete was taken to the Glendora jail, in lieu of $20,000 bail.
