Tina Knowles Reacts To Learning What Beyoncé’s “Ego” Is Actually About

Tina Knowles shared a video on Instagram on Sunday of Cazo Wilborn and Chris Mathis from the Can I Vibe With Y’all? podcast, jamming to “Ego.” They sang along to the risqué record after asking, “what’s a song that you would get judged for singing?” The 70-year-old grandmother‘s wake-up call came in the video’s caption as she wrote, “Wow, I just realized that she wasn’t talking about that ego!!!!!! Ohhhhhh Myyyyy!!!!! Paired with three laughing emojis, Knowles continued, “I’m serious; I really didn’t know til now!!!!! That’s crazy! Nooo! Really? Maybe not ! I don’t know! What y’all think? In the song, Bey sings, “It’s too big, it’s too wide / It’s too strong, it won’t fit/ It’s too much, it’s too tough/ He talk like this ’cause he can back it up/ He got a big ego/ Such a huge ego/ I love his big ego, it’s too much. As fans laughed over the double entendre, one jokingly commented, “Mama T ask [Beyoncé] and let us know how the conversation went. Another replied, “Mama T, I think Blue is about to call you.” One BeyHive member replied, “Ego walked so Blow, Partition, Rocket and many others could run.” “Mama Tina plssss omggg I believe you!!! Cus Beyoncé was too scared to even play ‘Partition’ for you,” another noted. Someone else chimed in, “I can see Bey chuckling about this right now!!” One chose to reference the remix and shared, “And if we didn’t [know], the remix with Kanye made it crystal clear. When the single came out, The London Times asked Bey if it was about Jay-Z. The mother of three teased, “I am attracted to someone who is strong and confident. You’re waiting for me to answer! Hahaha! I’m not saying anything.
