Timbaland’s mansion may have had the tenant from hell.
The music producer has filed a police report as part of his ongoing battle with William Zamora, the man who previously lived in his Miami estate, according to The Blast.
Timbaland, 46, claimed in court papers that someone has been “breaking through the gate” to the home and “stealing mail.” He also alleged that “no one else would have a reason to seek to recover mail from the home” except for Zamora.
Police are currently investigating.
In February, Timbaland — born Timothy Mosley — alleged that Zamora was staying in his home illegally.
He had previously sold the home to Zamora and was letting him stay there until escrow closed. But the deal was never finalized and Zamora refused to leave.
Zamora countersued, claiming that he couldn’t buy the home because there were liens on it.
A judge previously ordered Zamora to leave the home, which is now for sale.
