Remy Ma and Papoose are letting “Love & Hip Hop” fans into their home again for a new TV special.
The couple is starring in a three-week-long series, called “Remy & Papoose: Meet The Mackies,” on VH1. The show will center around the rappers’ blended family and preparations for their first child together.
Remy — born Reminisce Smith — confirmed her pregnancy in July after renewing her vows with Papoose — born Shamele Mackie. Remy, 38, and Papoose, 40, have been together for 13 years and married for 10 years.
“Remy & Papoose: Meet The Mackies” will premiere on Monday, October 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, but Page Six obtained an exclusive first look at the show with a clip of Remy encouraging the older kids to move out while Papoose wants to keep them at home.
“Our kids want a whole lot of s–t and we get most of it ’cause he’s a sucker,” Remy revealed in the clip.
“Remy is being too hard trying to rush the kids out the house,” Papoose said of his stance. “I just don’t want to send them to the outside world prematurely.”
Still, his wife thinks otherwise. “They’re never going to be ready — ever!” she exclaimed.
