THE KARDASHIANS GET SUED FOR FAILED DASH DEBIT CARD! COMPANY WANTS $75 MILLION IN DAMAGES!

Swiping their name away from a high-fee debit card may land the Kardashian sisters in the red.

Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian and their mom, Kris Jenner, are being sued by The Revenue Resource group for backing out of an endorsement agreement for a prepaid debit card with the sisters’ picture on it, nicknamed "The Dash Card."

When the card came under scrutiny by lawmakers and consumer advocates late last year, the Kardashians checked out of the business after Connecticut attorney general Chris Dodd threatened legal action, claiming they had never been told that the product might "violate any law, rule or regulation."

According to The Revenue Group, who wants $75 million from the curvaceous trio, that violates the contract they had with them.

"The company waited a month to file hoping this would work out. They didn't want to sue," RRG head attorney Scott Rudd told E! News.

The alleged breach of contract "effectively put this company out of business," Rudd added.

In the lawsuit, the debit card makers slam allegations that their card charged ridiculous fees or was unfair to consumers.

"Prepaid debit cards have various convenience and safety features that may make them a superior alternative to using cash or traditional credit cards for many consumers," their lawyers wrote.

The Kardashians didn't have any immediate statements about the lawsuit – and Kim at least seems to be onto other endorsement deals.

"Here are the Shapeups I wore on the set of my @skechersusa shoot this week!" she chirped on Twitter Saturday.
