This dopey Superman is out to save the world - one arrest at a time.
Maksim Katsnelson, who dresses up as the famous superhero, was busted for the second time in a week on Wednesday, just days after he was charged with decking a cop in Times Square.
The fake Man of Steel appeared at Manhattan Criminal Court Wednesday dressed in his Superman costume - complete with maroon cape and fake muscles - eliciting chuckles from court officers and fellow inmates.
Katsnelson, 23, of the Bronx, was arrested after staging a one-man protest outside Trump Tower on Central Park West, lying on the pavement with extended arms, police said.
As cops approached, he took off - on foot, not in the air, cops said.
Katsnelson was charged with resisting arrest, trespassing, disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration.
"I'm doing it to save the world one step at a time," Katsnelson said after being released on a $1,000 bail, his left eye swollen shut.
"Life is so precious and you can't waste a single second," he said.
He admitted lying in the street in protest of Trump's "monopoly" of "ugly" buildings.
"I absolutely violated no law," he rambled on. "They tried to arrest me, so I ran around a little bit to get people's attention."
The Beacon High School dropout threatened to sue the city over his arrests, claiming that a video shows seven cops pummeling him as he is collared in Times Square last Thursday.
Katsnelson and his friend Frank Frisoli, who was dressed as Batman, were performing without a permit, cops said.
When police approached, Katsnelson hit a cop, prosecutors said.
Jacqueline Samuels, Katsnelson's government-appointed lawyer, said her client's parents are getting worried and might have him see a shrink.
"I would be happy if he stops," said his father, Ilya Katsnelson.
"But he won't stop because people of New York love it."
