Soulja Boy Thinks Burglary Was An Inside Job

Soulja Boy thinks last week’s burglary of his LA-area home was an inside job.

The “Crank That” rapper, 28, is convinced that the burglary, which occurred while he was sitting in a Southern California jail, was committed by someone close to him, reports TMZ.

According to the website, those closest to the rapper don’t see any way that the incident was a mere coincidence, especially after reviewing the surveillance footage.

Soulja’s house – described as secluded and hard to find unless you had been there before – was reportedly robbed during a small three-hour window during which no one was present. The thieves are also said to have entered through a door that was damaged during a February police raid and then knew exactly where to go once they were in the house, pulling off the entire job in five minutes.

As previously reported, the burglars made off with $600,000 in cash and property from the rapper’s home, including jewelry and a phone.

To add insult to injury, the thieves reportedly used that phone to log onto Soulja’s Instagram account and brag about the crime and harass some of his famous friends.

Soulja is currently in jail after a Los Angeles judge ruled that he had violated his probation by having ammunition in his home. He is currently being held without bail until another hearing on April 30.
