Rihanna Throws Shade At Her Famous Ex-Boyfriends With Instagram Post

It’s not her, it’s you.

Rihanna took to Instagram over the weekend to inform some of her famous former flames of just that, pointing out she was not to blame for their failed relationships.

“None of my exs are married or in happy relationships so it’s safe to say that I wasn’t da problem lol,” the Barbadian beauty posted.

The 28-year-old songstress’ "are they/aren’t they" relationship with rapper Drake has repeatedly made headlines since he declared his love for her at the MTV Video Music Awards but the “Work” singer has been linked to no shortage of famous beaus in the past.

It seems most likely, however, that Rihanna’s most famous ex, Chris Brown is the intended target of Rihanna’s Insta-shade.

Rumors of their relationship started nearly ten years ago and after two years of speculation Brown confirmed the romance. The “Loyal” singer shortly after got into a physical altercation with his lady and went on to plead guilty to assault.

The pair appeared to rekindle their romance by way of PDA, but eventually went on to end it for good.

Brown over the summer was mired in controversy after TMZ reported he pulled a gun on an ex-beauty queen. The 27-year-old musician was arrested after a standoff at his California mansion, but charges were dropped due to a lack of evidence.
