A man arrested for stalking Rihanna last year has pleaded guilty but won’t serve any jail time.
Eduardo Leon pleaded guilty to charges of stalking, vandalism and resisting arrest, according to The Blast. A burglary charge was dismissed.
As a result of his plea, Leon was sentenced to five years probation and has to enroll in a Los Angeles county program meant for offenders “with mental health and/or substance use disorders, including persons who are homeless.”
The website also reports that the “Work” singer, 30, was granted a criminal protection order against Leon.
Leon was arrested last May after allegedly breaking into Rihanna’s Hollywood Hills home and spending 12 hours there. He initially pleaded not guilty to all charges.
