Nicki Minaj has pissed off some people after posting a video of her wearing a fairy costume and waiving her wand at someone in a wheelchair, telling the person to "walk."

In the video, she appears drunk, pretending to be a fairy while laughing at a disabled person in a wheelchair saying "walk" while waving her wand.

Nicki was hosting a party at 1OAK in Vegas Friday night, which is where the video was shot.
