Nas Hennessy Super Bowl After-Party Performing BraveHearts & One Mic.

Legendary rapper Nas and Hennessy threw one memorable Super Bowl after-party in New Orleans, with superstar DJ Questlove on the wheels of steel. Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx was in house, along with Jesse Williams of “Grey’s Anatomy,” and NFL ballers Jerome “The Bus” Bettis and Braylon Edwards. Funny man Kevin Hart hobnobbed with NOLA’s own jazz man Trombone Shorty, DJ D-Nice, and hip-hop star J. Cole.

Nas is Hennessy’s newest ambassador for their award-winning Wild Rabbit campaign, now in its second year with a mantra of “Never stop, Never settle.” When asked about his Wild Rabbit, Nas commented, “When I think of the great ones who came [before me], Langston Hughes, Sugar Ray Robinson, Mike Tyson, Sinatra, I think about what it must of taken for them to reach total greatness. For me, it’s a point to reach in life. I’ve always looked up to certain guys..heroes and try to find my way behind them. It’s all about inspiration for me.” Nas went on to rock the jet-setting crowd with a setlist that spanned his iconic 20-year career, from Illmatic’s “Ain’t Hard to Tell” to the 2013 Grammy-nominated single “Daughters.” Nas is nominated for four Grammy awards this year for his latest release, Life is Good.
