NANNY CLAIMS KIM PORTER DID DRUGS AROUND HER TWINS

Diddy's twin daughter's former nanny is making quite the accusation against his ex girlfriend, Kim Porter.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ, nanny Dawn Drago claims when she worked for Porter from 2011 to 2012 that the mother-of-two chain-smoked marijuana while the 6-year-old girls D'Lila Star and Jessie James, were in the house.

Drago is not only accusing Porter of pot use, she alleges in the lawsuit that on an occasion where she was driving the children to school they were covered "in a white powdery substance."

She claimed they had gotten into "a bag containing the powder, along with clear capsules, filled with another powdery substance in a bag in the back seat."

Drago says she confronted Porter over the incident and she explained that the bag contained "medicine."

In addition to the drug accusations Drago is also claiming that Diddy's former flame verbally and violently abused her before firing her.

Drago says she was let go because "the marijuana smell was choking and she dared to complain she couldn't take it."

Porter and Diddy dated for several years before parting ways in 2007, the couple share three children together.

In addition to the twin girls they also have a son Christian, born in 1998.
