July 01, 2009. Frank M. Lombard, the director of Duke University's Center for Health Policy, was arrested last week after offered his 5 year old adopted African American son to a pedophile on the internet.

As terrible as this story is – it could have been prevented. MediaTakeOut.com got its hands on what appears to be this animal’s Amazon wishlist page. And you can see that the man is an obvious PERVERT and he has no business being allowed to adopt ANY children.

We’ve reached out to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and passed along this evidence. Hopefully they can also look into the agency that gave him the children also.
