Mariah Carey Insured Her Voice And Hamstrings For $70 Million

No wonder this diva’s concert tickets cost an arm and a leg.

Showstopper Mariah Carey just insured her voice and her hamstrings for $70 million as she extends her world tour to South America, TMZ reported.

The “Dreamlover” singer, 46, who’s currently warbling her way through Eastern Europe, has millions of dollars on the line for The Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour. Sources tell the gossip news site that Carey got a $35 million insurance policy on both her prized vocal cords and on her glamorous gams to cover herself.

In addition, each policy has a high premium, which supposedly costs thousands more dollars.

Mimi was also rumored to have insured her perfect pins for $1 billion in 2006 when she starred in Gillette’s Legs of a Goddess campaign.

Of course, Carey is not the only star to allegedly to take out a pricey policy on a prized asset or two.

The buxom bombshells who have reportedly insured their breasts include Holly Madison for $1 million, Madonna for $2 million and Dolly Parton for $600,000.

“I thought I’d cover my assets,” Madison told People in 2011. “They’re my primary money makers right now.”

And actress Jennifer Love Hewitt considered insuring her breasts in a 2013 USA Today interview.

“These things right here are worth $5 million!” she said.

Supermodel Heidi Klum told Extra in 2011 that she insured her legs for $2 million.

Other ladies getting a leg up on policies include Tina Turner for a reported $3.2 million, and Rihanna for a reported $1 million.

James Bond covered his bod. Daniel Craig insured his body for $9.5 million while filming “Quantum of Solace” since he put his perfect physique at risk doing many of his own stunts.

But that’s peanuts to the supposed $195 million insurance package to cover soccer star David Beckham’s entire body, such as his World Cup-winning legs, feet and toes. He was also covered in case of disfigurement, which would jeopardize all of the handsome jock’s commercial deals.

And “Ugly Betty” star America Ferrera famously had her pearly whites protected for $10 million when she was the face of Aquafresh.

Alas, Jennifer Lopez revealed on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” last week that her famous booty is not insured for $1 million.

“No!” she said. “No, there is no such thing as that.”
