MAN KILLS A POODLE WITH A BRICK OVER PUPPY LOVE!

A California man used a brick to batter his 16-year-old neighbor's toy poodle to death after catching the animal having sex with his own pet Chihuahua.

Marcos Montano-Topete, 32, savagely beat the defenseless animal until its snout caved in and it was convulsing and whimpering in a pool of its own blood.

In court, he claimed the 12-pound dog had "threatened" his family — but it was also revealed that it had impregnated his own pet three times.

Police found the 5-year-old pooch, named Globsis (because its paws looked like small gloves) shortly after the incident on March 26 last year.

A blood-stained brick was nearby. Sadly, the pet, owned by Nataly Salazar, later had to be put down from its injuries.

KTVU reports that Montano-Topete, from San Mateo county, was found guilty by a jury on Friday of one count of animal cruelty and one count of malicious killing of an animal.

San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said he now faces up to three years in jail for the crime.

Deputy District Attorney of San Mateo County Sean Dabel said: "This isn't about some type of self-defense that he was saying from this 12-pound dog.

"He deliberately took a brick and he deliberately killed this dog."

Montano-Topete was immediately taken into custody. He is now being held without bail until his sentencing on March 15.
