‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Erica Mena Is Pregnant With Safaree Samuels’ Baby

“Love & Hip Hop” star Erica Mena is pregnant with her first child with fiancé Safaree Samuels, the couple announced in a video on Tuesday.

“Wow, wow, it’s a big deal! Very big deal. I didn’t know I was capable of doing this,” Samuels, 38, said while rubbing Mena’s growing belly. “I’m excited!”

He added, “I’m nervous. I’m in shock. I’m in disbelief. It’s very surreal to me. I don’t know what to do but I know I’m going to be great at what I do because I’m great at everything.”

Samuels proposed to Mena, 31, in December 2018 at her house in Atlanta.

Samuels told Page Six a month prior to getting down on one knee that he is “madly in love” with Mena, saying: “When I’m not with her, I get headaches because I’m just thinking about her nonstop.”

According to multiple reports, Samuels and Mena will be getting married next week and the cameras for their VH1 show will be rolling.

Mena is already mom to son King Conde.
