IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

LOL! RIHANNA DOESN'T WANT TO BE A ROLE MODEL! SHE WANTS TO SHOW HER A$$!

She may be bad, but only for show!

Rihanna, appearing on the cover of the November issue of Vogue UK, revealed that while she likes to dress up and play the part of a provocateur, it's really just an act.

"That's not me. That's a part I play," the 23-year-old said. "You know, like it's a piece of art, with all these toys and textures to play with."

Just because the Barbados native sings about a topic doesn't mean it's actually part of her life -- although that can be hard for some of her fans to grasp.

"See, people ... they want me to be a role model just because of the life I lead. The things I say in my songs, they expect it of me, and [being a role model] became more of my job than I wanted it to be," she told the fashion magazine.

Whether or not she considers herself a role model, Rihanna does manage to get in trouble for her risqué antics.

The singer got into hot water in Bangor, Ireland Sept. 27 when she was spotted disrobing for the forthcoming "We Found Love" video.

Alan Graham, 61, the farmer who owned the land Rihanna was shooting her video on, took umbrage with the bikini and low-slung jeans the singer was wearing.

While she agreed to cover up and shook hands with Graham, reports said that after he left, she took her top off to shoot an even more eye-popping scene.

Still, Rihanna tells Vogue, she does these things because her fans expect them, not because it's who she actually is.

As far as what the singer herself wants? That's easy.

"I just want to make music," she said. "That's it."
