Are things already falling apart for superstar couple Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries?

The pair has only been married three months but already rumors are swirling that the honeymoon is most definitely over.

Kardashian, 31, and Humphries, 26, "are not getting along at all," a source told Us Weekly. "Kris is not drinking the Kardashian Kool-Aid, and it's causing major problems."

According to the magazine, the troubles stem from the fact that Kardashian is busy filming TV shows and making money hand over fist while her husband is -- thanks to the current NBA lockout -- currently unemployed.

Other outlets are reporting similar troubles for the couple.

"All Kim's family and friends positively hate Kris," a Kardashian insider told Life & Style. "They especially don't like him for Kim."

Star recently reported that Kardashian, fed up with Humphries' partying and alleged flirting, was seen visiting the office of a Manhattan divorce lawyer.

But what may go on behind closed doors seems to be a completely different story when the two are seen in public together.


As the Daily News reported Monday, the pair was recently spotted celebrating Kardashian's 31st birthday at NYC restaurant The Darby, where a source described their interaction as "affectionate."

The newlyweds were said to be "sitting next to each other, kissing a lot" and "unfazed by the rumors" about the state of their marriage.

Days later they were spotted partying all night in Las Vegas, where they were described as "inseperable."
