Lamar Odom Has Reportedly Checked Into A Rehab Facility Again

Lamar Odom has reportedly checked himself into rehab, citing substance abuse-related issues as the reason, according to People.

There is some good news in this report however. The former NBA player is reportedly clean. According to sources at the publication, Lamar is seeking treatment just as a “precautionary measure,” to prevent a relapse form occurring. It’s definitely great to hear Lamar living well, but the star has exhibited some alarming behavior in the past. Earlier this year, Odom was reportedly kicked off an airplane at LAX because he appeared to be drunk and was vomiting. Other reports claimed the star was drinking and partying into all hours of the night.

Sources also cited Lamar’s divorce from Khloe Kardashian as the reason for entering the program. “He wants to stay clear and focused. With the divorce from Khloé being finalized and the holidays coming up, he doesn’t want to slip up,” a source at People stated. “He’s trying to take care of himself. He really wants to be better. His friends and family encouraged him to go in and he agreed and made the decision.” Lamar will reportedly be in the rehab program for 30 days. It’s great to see Lamar getting the help that he needs.
