Lamar Odom may not have been ready for rehab, after all.

The Queens-bred baller checked out of a center for drug and alcohol addiction on Thursday, just one day after seeking treatment for substance abuse issues, sources told People magazine.

A source close to Odom, 33, and his wife, Khloe Kardashian, confirmed that the NBA player was no longer in the facility.

“(He’s) not in rehab,” the well-placed source told the Daily News Thursday afternoon.

Odom reportedly left the rehab center with an assistant and was later spotted in Los Angeles.

The news comes after the pro athlete was busted for DUI in Los Angeles last Friday.

Odom’s sports agent, Jeff Schwartz, did not respond to multiple messages from The News. And his defense lawyer, Robert Shapiro, declined to comment.
Khloe was spotted Monday still wearing her wedding ring, but the reality TV star recently sent Odom packing and said he can't return to their mansion until he kicks his alleged crack habit, TMZ.com reported.

A source told ESPN that Odom was holed up in a Los Angeles hotel last week as friends tried to stage an intervention.

The popular athlete declined drug and alcohol testing after cops pulled him over around 4 a.m. Friday for driving too slow and in a “serpentine manner” on a major freeway.

Odom has said in the past that his father was a heroin addict and that he has struggled with his own demons. He was suspended in 2001 for twice violating the NBA’s anti-drug policies.

The 6-foot-10 power forward won two NBA championships with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2010 and 2011 but is now a free agent after spending last season with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Schwartz said in a statement last week that Odom isn't giving up on his pro career.

“Playing in the NBA is still very much a part of Lamar’s plans,” he said.
