Kodak Black will remain behind bars for the forseeable future. During a U.S. District Court hearing on Wednesday (May 29), Judge Federico Moreno ruled the "Zeze" rapper to be a "danger to the community" in Florida, according to WPLG Local 10.

The 21-year-old was arrested by feds on various weapons charges earlier in May before he was slated to hit the Rolling Loud stage in Miami. The Sun-Sentinel reported that a judge originally granted Kodak bond for $550,000 with house arrest, but state prosectors successfully appealed the determination based on Black's lenghty rap sheet.

Prosecutors believe that Kodak, born Bill Kapri, falsified documents when attempting to purchase three different firearms on separate occasions at Lou’s Police Distributors in Hialeah. He has since pleaded not guilty. Black is also facing additional drug charges in New York. Federal agents are attempting to connect Kodak to another shooting that took place back in March.

Expect Kodak to stay in prison until his Miami weapons case is brought to trial over the summer.
