KIM KARDASHIAN IS STARTING A MOMMY BLOG?

According to Confidenti@l: There’s a method to Kim Kardashian’s madness! Or at least there’s an explanation for her wardrobe Kimsanity.

Sources close to the reality star tell Confidenti@l Kardashian is well aware she’s being criticized for squeezing her very pregnant body into non-maternity clothes and that may be why she launched a “Mommy Blog” component to her blog this weekend.

“She is finding the criticism difficult, but has tough skin,” says a Kardashian insider. “Her body is getting wider and most things don’t fit properly or aren’t comfortable. However, at the end of the day, she cares about the health of her baby (and) her maternity wardrobe isn’t on her mind.”

It’s not like Kim K was shopping in the juniors department prior to her pregnancy, which her baby daddy, Kanye West, announced in Atlantic City, N.J., just before the new year got underway. But until this weekend, Kardashian’s 2013 wardrobe choices have indicated an unwillingness to accept or address her weight gain.

On Friday, Kardashian, who’s halfway through her first pregnancy, started her new postings on kimkardashian.celebuzz.com.

In those pontifications, she demonstrates an uncharacteristic sense of self-awareness, joking under one photo: “I hardly look pregnant! lol.”

She also writes, “For me, I’ve found that I’ve gained inches and I’ve gotten wider, but my belly hasn’t popped yet, so I struggle finding things that don’t make me look heavy. Some days my baby bump really shows, and some days it doesn’t ... so I never really know what I’m going to look like.”

Of course, she then plugs a couple of clothing brands, one being a jeans company she “heard” makes good maternity denim.

The looser, flowing, lightly colored outfits she’s been spotted in over the weekend indicate Kardashian might be moving away from clothes so tight that we’ll learn the gender of her baby before it’s officially announced.

She’s also been working out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson since early January, which just may allow Kim K to occasionally get away with non-maternity wear just a bit longer. Or at least think she’s getting away with it.
