Kid Cudi addresses why he’s never worked with J. Cole. On Wednesday he responded to a fan on X who suggested a collaboration between him and the “Love Yourz” rapper, adding that it would be “the best collab of all time.” In response, Cudi wrote, “I had a session w Cole for [Cudi’s 2013 album] Indicud [but] he couldnt write to the beat I produced. It was a bummer, and I always wanted to do something so I reached out for [his 2024 album] INSANO, no response.
