Kevin Hart Sued By Fan Claiming His Security Beat Him Up

Kevin Hart just lost a fan.

One of his VIP guests, Jay Collins, filed a lawsuit against the 39-year-old comedian claiming his security guard beat him up and called him a “p---y” and a “b---h” backstage at his Philadelphia Lincoln Financial Field event in Aug. 2015, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Collins is asking for more than $50,000 in the suit, in which he states that the security team at the stadium handed him over to Hart’s personal security team, who threatened to use a Taser on him and shoved the prongs of the stun gun into him, according to TMZ.

He was also reportedly punched in the neck, shoulders and head, as well as kneed in the rib cage by security personnel.

They then proceeded to call him a “b---h, p---y and coward,” the documents obtained by the gossip site allege.

It is unclear why Collins was detained by security in Hart’s hometown of Philadelphia to begin with. He is suing Hart because he says the star should be in control of his employees.

Hart’s manager at 3 Arts Entertainment — which is also mentioned in the suit.
