Kendrick Lamar Drops Untitled New Track With Picture Of "Black Air Force One"

Kendrick Lamar dropped a surprise new release last night on Instagram, immediately taking over our timelines. The track was shared by the Compton wordsmith without a caption or title, accompanied only by a picture of a well-worn pair of black Air Force One sneakers, signaling the type of time he’s on these days. While the song is not an overt diss record, Lamar does seem to take aim at industry players he deems questionable. A few lines did seemingly refer to Drake, however, including one about “walking down” a recent opponent. “Just walked that man down, that’ll do everyone a solid / It’s love but tough love, sometimes you gotta result in violence.”
